What a quote request collects, who receives it and how to withdraw.

What a quote request collects
What you type: your name, company, email, phone, the job or truck details, the location and timing. We also keep the consent text you agreed to and when, the page you sent it from, basic attribution (the referring page and campaign tags) and a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting, not the address itself. The form does not ask for, and you should not send, a date of birth, social insurance number, credit or banking details, income or a driver's licence number.
Who receives it
With your consent, your request goes to one company that rents, sells or finances boom trucks in your area. That company may pay BoomTrucks.ca for the referral. It may phone or email you about your request. Nothing is sent without your consent, and when it is sent the confirmation names the company.
Where it is processed
The site and its database run on Cloudflare. A saved request may also be passed to the operator's customer-relationship tool (GoHighLevel) and email alert service (Resend) so a person can see it. We also keep your browser's user agent, your country and, if you arrived from an ad, its click identifier. Your details may be stored or processed outside your province. Requests from Quebec are held and not sent outside Quebec until a privacy impact assessment is done.
Retention and withdrawal
Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle them; the retention period will be stated here before requests are sent to any company. You can withdraw consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your request, by writing to info@repyyc.com with the reference shown when you sent it.
Calculators and browsing
Calculators run in your browser and your numbers stay there. If you click "Get this priced", only the values you chose to carry over travel in the link to the quote form, where you can see them in the address bar. The site stores small preferences in your browser (whether motion is on, and the first page you landed on so a later request can be attributed). We send no confirmation or marketing email and use no advertising cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
