About BoomTrucks.ca
An independent Canadian reference on boom trucks, with a quote request for renting, buying or leasing one.
What this is
BoomTrucks.ca explains boom trucks (truck-mounted cranes) for the people who hire, buy or lease them in Canada: what each kind does, what government schedules and road-builder associations publish as hourly rates, the rules in each province, and metric calculators. When you know the lift, you can request a quote.
How it is paid for
Companies that receive requests may pay us. With your consent, a quote request goes to one company that rents, sells or finances boom trucks in your area, and that company may pay BoomTrucks.ca for the referral. No company pays to appear in the guides, and no page ranks or recommends a company.
What we are not
We are not a crane company, a dealer or a lessor. We own no trucks and employ no operators. We do not rent, sell or lease equipment, and we do not inspect, certify or rate the companies that quote.
How we research
Every regulated number, rate and statistic comes from a public source: provincial regulations, government rental schedules, association guides, Statistics Canada and federal agencies. Each page lists its sources and the date they were checked. Rates always say whether the operator is included. References from outside Canada are labelled as non-Canadian and never set a Canadian requirement. Read the details in our editorial standards.
Who runs it
Operator details are being finalised. The legal operator's name, mailing address and privacy contact will be published here before any quote request is sent to a company. Until then, requests are saved but not sent.
